UndeadTeds must be returned in the same condition they arrived, with the original Certificate of Authenticity and any extras supplied (if applicable).
Please note that I cannot be held responsible for an UndeadTed not arriving in time for a special occasion if this has not been discussed and agreed with me prior to despatch. You may still return an UndeadTed in this instance, but it will be treated as unwanted and refunded accordingly.
Custom orders may only be returned if damaged, however exceptions can be made to this policy at my discretion. Please fill in the form below and I will be in touch.
If an order is returned without this form having being filled in first, it will be treated as unwanted unless I authorise otherwise.
