Current production / shipping times

Updated 29th of March 2021

The UK remains under partial lockdown and I am experiencing some issues with certain suppliers. However, I am still producing UndeadTeds at a fairly typical pace and have no reason to think this will change.

I intend to release batches available for immediate dispatch twice a month.

Infect-a-Teds are being offered roughly once a month.

New custom orders are still suspended – I hope to have them available again later this year.

Badges will be offered again later in the year. Apparel is still available from my Teemill store.

UK deliveries (1st class) are typically arriving 2-3 days after dispatch and Special Delivery is taking up to 2 working days (Royal Mail have temporarily suspended their usual guarantee).

Deliveries to the E.U. are slightly slower than usual due to post-brexit issues and some packages are being held up in customs.

International shipping times are greatly improved, but occasionally a package takes longer than expected and can remain in customs for a while. Most areas are seeing normal delivery timescales of 7-14 days. Express couriers vary, but please allow up to 1 week after dispatch before enquiring.

Rarely, packages have no tracking updates for several weeks. This appears to be normal and these packages are still arriving (eventually!). I know this can be incredibly frustrating, but please rest assured that your package is safe and likely just caught in a massive backlog. Please only ask me to investigate if it has been more than 4 weeks without an update as I don’t have access to any extra tracking info and will have to request a formal investigation by the carrier.

I currently ship standard orders on weekdays. Express orders are either collected directly from my home or I take them to a specific drop-off point within 24 hours of purchase.

General Covid-19 / Coronavirus Statement

I want to reassure you that UndeadTeds is continuing to trade – all outstanding orders will be fulfilled and I will still be releasing new batches into the shop as time allows.

I am very fortunate to be able to work from home, in my own dedicated workshop. This is not open to the public, so neither myself or my family are exposed to the regular comings and goings of other people and the environment is easily kept clean. I also don’t have any employees – the business consists solely of myself and my wife, Rebecca. For these reasons, if we are required to isolate ourselves further, the business should not be impacted too heavily. Any potential contamination risk to customers is minimal as good hygiene is always practiced when producing, handling and packing orders.

I’d really like you to know how much we appreciate your support, both in the past and going forward through these potentially difficult weeks & months.

UndeadTeds is our baby and we’re incredibly grateful that it has been successful enough to provide for our family for the last 8 years. We would love for it to still be around for the next 8 years and beyond!

I hope I’ve eased any concerns you may have about purchasing from UndeadTeds in the immediate future, but if you are worried about anything please don’t hesitate to pop me an email at any time.

As the situation progresses, updates will be posted on this page.

Kind regards and best wishes for the health of you and your loved ones.
