Delivery Information


On the 31st of December 2020, the UK formally finished the transition process of leaving the E.U. All packages destined for the E.U. now include customs documentation to ensure a smooth delivery. Unfortunately, it is likely that import fees will now be imposed on these packages, so please bear this in mind when ordering.

Deliveries to destinations other than the E.U. should not be affected by Brexit.


UndeadTeds can be shipped worldwide, however some countries are restricted due to unavailability of insured/trackable postage services. Before ordering, please check the approved Country List first. Delivery charges are based on weight and will be calculated at checkout, however, here are the starting rates (in UK Pounds):

UK: from £6.99
Europe (E.U.): from £14.99
Rest of World: from £18.49
Express Delivery (outside the UK): from £29.99

Replacement certificates are sent free of charge.

A shipping calculator is available via your cart so you are fully aware of final costs before proceeding through checkout.

If you order multiple items over several transactions which are available for shipping together and do not exceed certain weight/size limitations, you will automatically receive a partial shipping refund shortly after.

International customers, please be aware that you will be responsible for any customs/duty charges that may apply. Goods are never sent as gifts, this is for insurance purposes and to comply with various national laws.


All UndeadTeds are sent by UK Royal Mail on a tracked service. Goods can be shipped to APO or BFPO addresses, but please be aware that delivery may take longer than the stated times below.

Replacement certificates and enamel pins are sent via standard Royal Mail and are not trackable as standard.

Express courier delivery (typically within 3-7 days of despatch) is available to destinations outside of the UK. This delivery method is recommended before a seasonal holiday/event or special occasion, to maximise the chance of arrival in time. This service is more costly than standard international postage. If you paid for standard delivery but wish to switch to express, please get in touch as soon as possible after placing your order and you will be invoiced for the upgraded postage.


In stock UndeadTeds are usually dispatched within 48hrs of order placement, but can take an extra day or two. Custom orders, Infect-a-Teds and Peek-a-Boos are made to order and production times will be stated individually. All UndeadTeds are sent via a tracked service. If you need your UndeadTed urgently, please get in touch.

Within the UK: Packages are sent as standard via Royal Mail Tracked 24 or 1st Class Recorded. Your UndeadTed should arrive within 1-3 working days following dispatch. Express orders are sent via Royal Mail Special Delivery (Next Day).

Within the E.U.: Packages are sent as standard via Royal Mail International Tracked. Delivery times vary across the E.U., but generally your UndeadTed should arrive within 10 working days. Express orders are typically sent via Parcelforce or UPS on a 3-7 day service (depending on country).

Rest of the World: Packages are sent as standard via Royal Mail International Tracked. Delivery times vary, but you should receive your UndeadTed within 21 working days. Express orders are typically  sent via either Parcelforce (3-7 working days depending on country) or UPS (2-4 working days).


When your UndeadTed has been sent, you should receive an email containing a link to track your order. You can also access this link by logging into your account and viewing the order directly. For international customers, although Royal Mail is the original carrier, your tracking number may be valid on your local carrier website once it has entered the country and provide extra detail.


For security reasons, orders must be shipped to the address listed in Paypal. If you feel it is absolutely necessary to change the delivery address or make any changes to your order, it is vital that you get in touch immediately. Orders are often despatched quickly, so any delays informing us may result in your goods being sent to the wrong address. Unfortunately, we cannot be held responsible for any errors in customer details, so please always check your account after placing an order. If you have placed an order previously, but have since changed address, please update your account accordingly – changing your details in Paypal will not do this automatically.

Please double-check that your email address is correct, the easiest way to be assured of this is the arrival of an order confirmation message. If you do not receive any email messages from UndeadTeds after placing your order (don’t forget to check your spam box!), please check your address in your account settings and correct it accordingly.
