DAMAGED GOODS: If your UndeadTed is damaged on arrival, please fill in this form as soon as possible, including a detailed description of the damage. Please also forward a photograph to email@example.com You will be offered the option to return your UndeadTed for repair or a full refund (including return postage costs).
ERRORS: If, on arrival, your order is different from expected, or the UndeadTed is significantly not as described, please fill in this form as soon as possible, including a detailed description of the error. You will be offered the option to return your UndeadTed for a full refund (including return postage costs) or a partial refund if the error is negligible, cannot be corrected and you are happy to keep it. Please note that I cannot be held responsible for errors incurred by the customer, i.e. incorrect addresses or other personal details.
UNWANTED GOODS: If your UndeadTed is simply no longer wanted, please fill in this form within 7 days of receipt. You will be offered the option to return the UndeadTed for a refund of the cost of the goods only. Customers in the UK are entitled to a refund of the original postage costs as long as notification of return is received within 7 days of receipt. Return postage costs are at the expense of the customer. UndeadTeds must be returned in the same condition they arrived, with the original Certificate of Authenticity and any extras supplied (if applicable).
MERCHANDISE: All UndeadTeds merchandise is custom printed-to-order by our partner, Printful. As such, returns can only be accepted if there is a fault with the product or it is not what you ordered. Please get in touch within 7 days of delivery if this is the case.
Please note that I cannot be held responsible for an UndeadTed not arriving in time for a special occasion if this has not been discussed and agreed with me prior to despatch. You may still return an UndeadTed in this instance, but it will be treated as unwanted and refunded accordingly.
Custom orders may only be returned if damaged, however exceptions can be made to this policy at my discretion. Please fill in the form below and I will be in touch.
If an order is returned without this form having being filled in first, it will be treated as unwanted unless I authorise otherwise.
